This blend of white grape varieties, mostly sourced from local growers, has consolidated its style over the years, demonstrating the benefits of ageing in tinaja (clay jars) to retain freshness in Mediterranean areas. With white fruit and hay notes on the nose, the best thing comes from its juicy, joyful and lively palate, leading to a saline finish and a hint of green olives. A truly versatile wine, generously priced and, like everything from Celler del Roure, beautifully presented. 16.5 points
