The main variety is Valencí, a recovered grape from Spain's southeast. The wine does not spend much time on the skins (it is pressed before the end of fermentation), but it has all the good ingredients of an orange wine: colour and energy, with aromas of stone fruit, tangerine and aromatic herbs. The palate is ample, expressive, with substantial but not aggressive tannins, long and with cleansing bitterness on the finish. It will inject a bit of rock & roll into any get-together. 93 points
