Pistol (gun in Catalan) refers to the shape of the branches right after pruning, so no wonder the label likens it to the guns featured in Western movies. This is a fun skin-contact white blend of Xarel.lo Vermell and Malvasía de Sitges, aged for six months in amphora. There are plenty of citrus notes (tangerine peel) and herbs that lend a really attractive wild note amplified on the palate by the lively acidity of Malvasía.
