It's great to see fresh, vibrant, fruit-driven wines with moderate alcohol in Castilla-La Mancha. The winemakers behind Más Que vinos are leading the way and breaking new ground by cofermenting white (40%) and red grapes with 50% whole bunches and ageing in amphorae. The result is not a rosé but a ruby-purplish red. With liquorice, wild herbs, red and dark fruit notes, it delivers juicy acidity and a firm texture from the stems, without any harsh edges.
