The name of the wine honours the birth date of Antonio Sanz, founder of the winery. An advocate of the Graciano variety, he planted it generously in his vineyards in Corella (Navarra). Now his sons make a wine as classy and original as this. It displays Graciano's distinctive acidity and energy and a wild herbal character that we love, but it also has depth and minerality. The price is a steal given that this is Viña Zorzal's top Graciano. A superb buy. 17.0 points
