This txakoli is a great buy, particularly in cool, Atlantic vintages like 2019 when acidity shapes the palate adding tension and invites you to have another sip. The 20% Riesling is evident on the nose: floral aromas, with hints of talcum powder and lemon zest. The wine is delicious right now but it is worth saving a few bottles in the cellar given its good evolution. And all this comes for just €15 in Spain. 91 points
