Grapes are sourced from La Lola, a clearly delimited low-yielding vineyard in the Can Comas estate with clay and calcareous soils. A little over half of the wine is fermented and aged in egg-shaped concrete vats while the rest is aged in 500-litre oak barrels. Strikingly youthful, with bright acidity and pure, well-defined citrus together with toasted and petrol nuances. Remarkably long finish. This is a wine to store in the cellar; 2014 was and excellent vintage for whites in Penedès. 17.5 points
