At Barbadillo they know that casks placed in different areas of the same bodega have a tendency to evolve differently. The west-facing butts usually have a thicker veil of yeasts, resulting is an almost textbook Manzanilla from Sanlúcar, with floral hints and finesse. Dry, creamy and briny, it has depth and presence in the mid-palate. This was bottled "en rama" (unfiltered) after five-six years of ageing. 93 points
