On a granite hillside with a cool exposure in the Bibei Valley, vines are scattered haphazardly on a slope dotted with trees and stone walls. From this haunting scenery emerges a fragrant, delicate wine with crunchy red fruit, aromatic herbs and firewood aromas. Beautifully balanced and therefore approachable, but what's really captivating about this wine is its wild, untamed character. 17.5 points
