Within the small niche of white Priorats, Mas d'en Gil produces three different wines. In the middle of the range, Coma Alta is made from Garnacha Blanca grown on limestone soils. Partially aged in oak, it spends two years in bottle before its release resulting in a serious, mouth-filling wine with remarkable complexity (petrol, white fruit, warm stones). The Mediterranean claims its place as a great white producer. 93 points
