An excellent example of the terroir-driven wines from the Sherry Triangle. Palomino grapes grown on the south-facing slope of Macharnudo site are fermented and aged in barrels under flor. The wine, which recovers the traditional "vino de pasto" name, is complex, with a marked chalky character and petrol aromas that add complexity. Sharp, juicy, saline palate and sapid albariza notes on the finish. Sheer minerality in the glass. 17.0 points
