Its peculiar name (You shall drink your sister's cup), taken from a passage in the Old Testament, suggests that this wine is a little out of the ordinary. It is an original blend of indigenous white varieties incorporating a small percentage of directly-pressed Monastrell. Complex nose (stone fruit, lees, toast, petrol notes over a chalky background) and a dry palate with hints of dry stones and aromatic herbs. Savoury and a touch saline, it is our favourite vintage to date and a great choice fo 91 points
