This wine certainly feels like a Ribera, yet it avoids heavy extraction or concentration. The nose is complex and fine with red and black fruit, rockroses and spicy aromas with nicely integrated oak. Fluid, gentle palate with medium length. Nothing is out of place; this is really pleasant and balanced. A ribera with no signs of ostentation, but certainly a very good red to attract new consumers to the area. 93 points
