Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the district of Sanxenxo planted on oxidised red slate, an unusual type of soil in the Salnés valley which results in higher concentration, richness and character, but still retaining finesse. The fruit is riper than in Lourido, another Méndez cuvée, and the wine leaves its imprint on the palate. According to the producer, the fog from the sea contributes to the wine's saline notes. Adina was aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for 10 months. 94 points
