The most unique feature of this cava is the high percentage of Parellada (over 70%) that will soon be the only variety. This delicate grape thrives in the fresh climate of Conca de Barberà in Tarragona, which will soon feature as a subarea called Sierra de Prades on cava labels. This is a single-vineyard sparkling made from old vines. Lighter than other Gran Reservas, it is also subtle, citrusy and has bright acidity. Suitable for those are willing to explore new paths in the world of cava. 16.5 points
