A well-made Verdejo that stands away from the commercial wines that are now so widespread in Rueda. The mix of ageing vessels (stainless steel tanks, concrete and oak) adds complexity on the nose and weight on the palate. White fruit and fennel aromas over a citrus background are also present on the palate together with some fresh cut grass notes. Pleasant balance between acid and bitter nuances. 90 points
