The first vintage after the winery was purchased by Alma de Carraovejas is a complex combination of grape varieties, soils and exposures in Ribeiro. The blend is now improved with the addition of grapes from Tega do Sal and Eiras Altas, two single-vineyard plots in the past which now account for 20% of the wine and by some extra time in bottle. A fine nose with rich nuances (apple, hey, apricot, floral and citrus notes) is followed by a medium-bodied palate with acidity and great balance. 17.0 points
