A real favourite from Borja Pérez. The combination of four indigenous white grape varieties (all of them are fermented separately, then blended and aged in foudre) results in notable complexity and a succession of lovely flavours: preserved lemon, warm toasted notes (pop corn) and well-defined ripe fruit on the finish. Fine wines from the Canary Islands have the ability to capture your senses. 16.5 points
