Winemaker Pepa Fernández describes this wine as “high altitude, pure Monastrell which does away with any oak interference.” A young, firm, distinctive red, it delivers concentrated fruit (blueberries) as well as floral (violets) and herbal (rosemary) notes. Nice balance between acidity and alcohol. Good value. 88 points
