Papirusa was the name of a doll which Emilio Lustau gave as a present to the daughter of Joaquín Burgos, the winery's manager in the 1940s. The wine is a delicate, textbook Manzanilla with fresh notes of sea breeze and salted almonds. Round, creamy palate leading to a briny finish. A perfect way to discover the wines of the Sherry Triangle and an absolute bargain given that it has been aged for five years! 16.5 points
