Fermented with natural yeasts and with a small amount of wine aged in foudre, this is an attractive Verdejo, Rueda's signature grape variety. White fruit with some floral notes over a background of dried stones. The palate is consistent and displays a slightly touch of bitterness on the finish that cleanses the palate. A serious white offering good value. Organic farming is a plus. 16.5 points
