We usually argue in favour of the complexity of blends in Ribeiro, but in this case Treixadura works really well on its own. Fresh, clean nose with well-defined fruit (pear, pinapple) over a herbal background reminiscent of spring water. Delightful palate with more acidity than the standard in this variety leading to a consistent finish. A seamless Ribeiro white. 16.5 points
