Riesling is not a common grape in Spain, but the Torres family has been producing this single-varietal wine since 1977. This 2018 shows clerarly the profile of the variety (citrus and white fruit, a slight petrol note), has good acidity and some kabinett-style residual sugar leading to an interesting dry-stones finish. This wine usually develops very well in bottle. 16.0 points
