A great introduction to the pet-nat category in Spain, this is a balanced wine with small, well-integrated bubbles. Clean nose with apple and hay notes over a slightly toasted background. It flows joyfully on the palate and ends with some cleansing bitterness. Really easy to drink. An apt name for the wine as "tinc set" means "I'm thirsty" in Catalan. 16.0 points
