This wine is part of the winery's new experimental range which explores the character of several grape varieties. Oak ageing is avoided but the wine was kept with its lees for six months. White fruit (pear), floral and aniseed aromas are followed by a savoury, balanced palate with bright acidity. The label is tied around the bottle neck so that it is not damaged when placed in ice buckets. So far, this wine has been produced in 2015 and 2016. 90 points
