The presence of oak has gradually been reduced in recent vintages as wines are now aged in a mix of oak foudres and cement tanks. The wine usually undergoes partial malolactic fermentation. White fruit, hay and buttery aromas are followed by a pleasant, unctuous palate with bright acidity. It will develop well over time. 91 points
