A rosé made in a rather unusual way. The Cabernet Sauvignon must is fermented with Sauvignon Blanc skins to fix colour; then the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation to obtain a rounder palate. The result is an enjoyable fresh wine with herbaceous and red fruit notes. Both the packaging and the colour of the wine are attractive. 15.5 points
