This biodynamic wine comes from a estate in El Lloar in southern Priorat. Cold macerated and fermented with natural yeasts, the wine is then aged in foudre. Pure, deep fruit (natural fermentation comes through quite clearly), still young and full of energy, with distinctive meatiness, expressive fruit and nice length. A great buy in the region. 17.0 points
