This is one of the most gentle, refined Sumoll wines in the market. Extraction is avoided in order to limit the variety’s powerful tannins and to retain its distinctive acidity as well as the marked character of the limestone soils of the Garraf mountains. Owner Carlos Esteva made this wine after reaching an agreement with a local grower to avoid a 50-year-old Sumoll vineyard from being uprooted. Lots of pleasure in your glass. 93 points
