Some of the grapes for this entry-level red by Bodegas Pujanza come from old vineyards owned by Carlos San Pedro, a producer who is committed to make wines exclusively with grapes from his own vineyards. Ripe red fruit, good depth and discreet use of oak. A round, supple, juicy red with lively fruit —it is so easy to drink that you are unlikely to ever get tired of it. Very good value. 16.5 points
