It is really unusual to find Merlot in Rioja, but the best thing about this wine is not the originality of the blend but the absolute joy it provides. The excellent 2016 vintage has undoubtedly helped to obtain such a lovely balance. Puppi is all about freshness, juiciness and even lightness. Really tasty and satisfying. A great buy. 16.0 points
