With almost 5,000 bottles, this is the most widely available vintage to date. As acidity held on this vintage, it was made with grapes from the entire vineyard rather than just those oriented to the north. Deep bright lemon colour. Complex nose with petrol, preserved citrus zest, dried herbs and creamy aromas over a dairy background. Complex, serious, broad palate with small bubbles. One of those sparkling wines that feels like a great white wine. 18.0 points
