With over 100 months of ageing, this 2008 cava -a cool, excellent vintage- is part of the new Cava de Paraje Calificado category and can be laid down for a couple of years to enjoy its full complexity. Preserved lemons and well-defined white fruit on the nose give way to smoked and spicy aromas. Toasted notes on the palate with bright acidity and finely-integrated bubbles that end on a mineral, creamy finish. Disgorged on 17th July 2018. 17.5 points
