Juvé y Camps have ventured to sell a Cava rosé in the €100 price range. A candidate for Cava’s single-vineyard category, this is the first vintage on release. Grapes are sourced from a particularly cold plot called “Siberia”. Its six hectares were planted to Pinot Noir in the 1980s but only 2.5 are destined to the wine. Fine nose with aniseed, peach skin and toasted bread aromas. The well-defined palate is structured and deep with fine toasted notes and a long finish. An elegant Cava. 17.0 points
