Grapes are sourced from a 1.1 hectare sothwest-facing plot located in El Villar (Álava) with distinctive shallow soils. Really expressive on the nose with lavender, rosemery and crunchy red fruits aromas. Firm and mineral palate with lovely acidity and persistence. This is a clearly a red wine for the cellar. 93 points
