Grapes for this single-vineyard wine are sourced from Los Realejos, a village in the north of Tenerife that is renowned for its white grapes. This is a hundred-year-old Listán Blanco fermented in concrete vats and aged in foudre for one year. Floral and delicate aromas are mixed in with deep, mineral notes. Its presence is really felt on the palate: a multi-layered, well-defined white with vibrant, sharp acidity leading to a briny, chalky finish. 93 points
