Producer Borja Pérez often explains how difficult it is to grow the Baboso Negro variety, but any wine lover who enjoys the distinctive character of the new wines made in the Canary Islands will appreciate his efforts. Very pleasant, fragrant nose with wild forest, thyme and lavender aromas and a deep, juicy palate. This wine manages to combine finesse with a wild character. Isn’t it a lovely mix? 17.0 points
