Partially fermented with whole bunches, this wine is aged for 10 months in a 3,000-litre foudre. Slightly reduced aromas when I tasted it but the palate was a true explosion of flavour. Firmly structure with an expressive, juicy palate with ripe fruit (blackcurrant and red plums) and freshness leading to a long finish. It will surely improve. 17.0 points
