A brand new release by Bodegas Bilbaínas, the hundred-year-old winery based in Haro which boasts a long sparkling wine tradition with brands like Lumen and Royal Carlton. This pale coloured, fresh and vibrant blanc de noirs is made from Garnacha grapes. Crisp and zesty, it is perfect as an aperitif with herbs and red fruits aromas on the nose and a lovely iced lemon touch on the finish.
