Grenache from Peñafiel and Cuevas de Provanco, in the province of Segovia, fermented with the stems and matured in 225 and 500 litre barrels. Expressive red fruit notes and good varietal expression, with a lively and flavourful palate, light dairy notes and no added sulphur.
