My favourite Vega Sicilia vintage since 2004 showing plenty of complexity, finesse and depth. The hypnotic nose starts with fine cocoa, mint and red fruit aromas turning into decaying perfume scents (dried flowers, curry) which reveal a complex, long-aging process. An elegant vintage backed by vibrant acidity and lovely texture which brings back Unico’s most classic profile.
