Vallegarcía Syrah 2018 Tinto

This Syrah represents an evolution in the way the variety is traditionally treated in Spain. Coming from such a southern latitude, the ripeness is obviously present, but it is as delicate and elegant as possible. Great combination of ripe black fruit and spicy aromas (liquorice, pepper). The palate is a fruit bomb, smooth as velvet with sweet notes under control. Alcohol and oak are there but their presence goes unnoticed. Brilliant winemaking. Pure enjoyment.
