This wine ferments with whole bunches but the amount of stems will probably be reduced in upcoming vintages. Not a bad idea since this winemaking practice tinges its texture. Medium ruby colour. Earthy and mineral notes with very ripe fruit (kirsch) and pronounced oak notes. Slighty chunky on the finish.
