Torres Gonfaus 2021 Tinto

The peculiarity of Gonfaus, recovered by Familia Torres, is that it is a low-yielding female variety that benefits from co-planting. It is grown on the Purgatori estate in Les Garrigues (Tarragona). Although 2022 was a warm vintage, the wine retains aromas of red fruits with spicy and herbal notes. The palate is sapid and juicy, with good tension. Gonfaus could be a great addition to bring freshness in warm areas.
