Torres Forcada 2021 Blanco

Forcada, one of the ancient varieties recovered by Familia Torres, is the most promising white variety in Penedès, particularly when grown at high elevations (in this case, 510 metres). Its great strength is its acidity, which is difficult to find in this area. This is a serious, juicy white wine, with good depth and a distinctive citrus character, enhanced by the freshness of the 2021 vintage. The price is high due to its limited supply as well as the experimental stage it is in.
