This is one of the most affordable Cavas de Paraje on sale and it proves that this style of wines is not out of the reach of the average consumer. Grapes are sourced from Can Martí, a particularly large vineyard with around 23 hectares under vine. Toasted, yeast and fennel aromas on a linear, sharp sparkling wine with citrus notes showing good potential.
