Deep ruby colour with garnet rim. Made with 70+ year-old vines, this wine presents a particular, complex expression. It is a serious red displaying black fruit jam and sweet aromas and some minty notes on the background. Broad and harmonious on the palate with tannins perfectly wrapped-up by an unctuous, lovely texture; fruit and character definitely override oak. This is a well-defined, persistent red with an evocative nutty finish.
