Soverribas 2015 Blanco

This is a real favorite of mine. Fermented and aged in a large French oak vat, it comes from a southwestern-exposed plot called Manzaniña which is planted with 35-year-old vines. Arguably one of the most captivating, extreme Albariños in the Nanclares range combining ripe fruit and bright acidity. Gentle petrol notes on the nose open up to reveal an outstanding, really sapid, deep and saline wine.
