Sommos Colección Garnacha Blanca 2021 Blanco

It is great news to see more Garnacha Blanca in Somontano. This one, planted in 2011 on a slope at 850m in the village of Güel, has benefited from several months in bottle after release. On the nose it has complex notes of petrol and sweet white fruits (melon, white pear). On the palate, the oak is subtly present, but there is enough acidity to provide savouriness and definition. A very good choice from the region.
