The limited autumn edition of Solear en Rama is particularly expressive and briny, full of sea-evocative aromas and vivid notes of salted almonds. Ample and deep, the saline character persists on the palate and is followed by creamy, toasted notes. A lovely combination of depth, finesse and sea breeze. A delightful experience.
